Kara was an exceptionally patient person dealing with myself and my husband. We love in Connecticut and have been browsing around for our retirement property in Deleware. First we started off looking at houses and had Kara running all over creation fur us just to hear that no that's not what we were looking for. Then, our wheels changed direction and we wanted a vacant lot....Again, we had Kara running all over and we settled on a cleared lot, packed our bags and headed to Deleware pulling into rest areas so we can sign contracts then heading back onto the highway. The sellers agreed on an amount and everyone was happy. The next morning my husband and i got up early to go check on our land... Well, we weren't happy with the traffic we would be hearing in our retired bliss so we drove around the neighborhood and find what we wanted. She wasn't pushy and let us work our way through the houses, but was always there to answer questions.
