I had an interesting experience before meeting Deborah (who I already knew from Deerhurst). I spoke with some of my neighbors, most notably Colette and John Watson who had just sold their house. They suggested I contact Deborah. After meeting Deborah, developing a very comfortable rappoir and having a much more thoughtful walk through taking almost 4 hours, I received a suggested listing price of $410,000. Deborah was fun to work with, if you can call getting your house ready to show fun. But Deb was great and very helpful and supportive. She reassured me the house would sell quickly and it did....on the first day and over the listed price, reaching $420,000. Based on my experience, Patterson-Schwartz is a class act with experienced and supportive agents. Not everyone is probably as great as Deborah is, but being even close to her would be fantastic. She should be a mentor for you.
