We purchased the house with the asking price. After the settlement day and after we got the keys the previous owners just walked to our property without any notification and took the patio plastic chairs. The other issue was that the house was not clean at all. The fridge was very dirty as well as the oven. Horrible, horrible…. I would not recommend this agent at all because he never made sure with the selling couple to leave the house in a good condition.
