Sonny came to the house the same day he was contacted to review the state of the home. He had it listed in an extremely quick manner with photos thay helped showcase the true potential of the house. He suggested the change in price after a few weeks of no interest and within 24 hours of dropping the price there were offers coming in, which he helped navigate me through. I was introduced to Sonny last summer and it took about 5 property viewings until I found exactly what I was looking for. That's what was so great about Sonny. He listened. Between work, the kids and extra curricular activities I had limited time to see listings, so to have a relator who paid attention to my likes and dislikes was key. This was my first time purchasing a home and Sonny walked me through everything from what to look for when walking through a property and what questions to ask the seller, to how to read and interpret contracts and inspection reports. He was patient and very informative. I had no idea so much went into buying a home. Another thing I appreciated was, although Sonny's office is about 30-40 minutes away from where I was looking to buy, he never hesitated to promptly come out this way for second, third and sometimes fourth looks. Sonny was always accessible and returned calls promptly. As soon as a listing came up that fit my wants and needs, he presented it to me. Although he had other clients at the time, I always felt like I was his number one client. I've already referred Sonny to friends and colleagues and if I ever buy another home, Sonny will be the first one I call.
