Dave was exceptional as a real estate agent. He always gave sound advice and helped us with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. He was especially helpful with the sale of our old home, given it was such a quick sale, and put us in contact with a contractor that made some minor repairs so that we could get to settlement. Purchasing the new home was largely stress free, but Dave was also there to help too as needed.
