About Ann Marie Deysher

I’ve spent the past 11 years helping individuals and families find their home in Delaware and Southern Pennsylvania. I'd describe myself as patient, honest, and prefer a hands-on approach, and I truly enjoy building meaningful relationships with my clients. While I especially love guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, educating, encouraging, and helping them feel confident, I also enjoy working closely with sellers—helping them prepare, position, and present their home for the strongest possible results.  There’s nothing better than walking someone through the process and seeing their excitement on closing day!

As a longtime Middletown resident, I live here with my husband of 31 years, and we’re proud parents of a 28-year-old son who works as an engineer in Colorado. Because I understand how important “home” is at every stage of life, I’m committed to helping my clients feel confident, supported, and excited about their next move—whether they’re buying, selling, or both.
