Crystal is the best agent around!!! We started our process about 3 years ago, and at the time we were not ready on the financial side of things. When we called Crystal about a month ago, she was OVER THE TOP EXCITED WITH JOY. She knew we worked hard and she was prepared to work hard to find us our dream home! She was ALWAYS AVAILABLE. From questions, to looking at houses she was just a phone call away! We looked at about 15-25 houses and in that time she was our little inspector! She knew what she was looking for and she knew things about houses that most realtors would not! One thing that really stood out to me, was Crystal would NEVER tell us how to feel about things. She would educate us and let us make our own decision! When we finally found THE house, she was there every step of the way! After we went under contract, we met at her office, she had prepared a binder for us that had all of the information about our house, recommendations to places to buy certain things. The binder had our utilities in it, and even things like checklists and how to measure windows for curtains!!!!!!
