About Jason Giles

I launched my real estate career with Patterson-Schwartz shortly after graduating from Cabrini College in 1994. In 1995, I began listing and selling, earning the Realty Alliance Sales award for 8 consecutive years. Always playing an active role in agent training and education, I spent four years as Assistant Manager of the Hockessin Sales Center and two years as Manager of the Wilmington Office. I was Sales Manager and Broker of the Hockessin Sales Center from 2004 - 2013 before joining the Greenville sales center as Sales Manager in 2014. In recent years, I was responsible for the opening of the Patterson-Schwartz Coastal offices in Rehoboth Beach and Ocean View, where I currently serve as their Broker and Manager.

I always make it a point to be active in the local real estate community and served on the Board of Directors for NCCBOR® (New Castle County Board of REALTORS®) and DAR® (Delaware Association of REALTORS®), and am on numerous committees, including the Professional Standards Committee. In 2014, I was honored to be appointed by Governor Jack Markell to serve a three-year term as a member of the Delaware Real Estate Commission. And every quarter I can be heard on the 1150 WILM radio show "Money and Politics," discussing the local real estate industry and sharing updates on the real estate market in Delaware.
