My agent, Rich Cooper, went above & beyond to assist me in selling my home. I explained to him from the get go that he would have to provide me "extraordinary efforts" because I live in Texas and my property is located in Delaware. He did NOT hesitate one moment to take on the challenge. Over a three month period, we worked hand-hand to get the job done. He coordinated efforts with my property manager, getting estimates & making arrangements with painters, carpet installers, home stagers, plumbers and electricians. He was there to oversee delivery of appliances and receiving packages. He even completed a few DYI projects. Rich monitored the security of my home while it was empty and represented me at closing. Rich & I have never met personally. All business was completed over phone, text, email and E-documents, but I felt like we were "best buddies". I can not thank Rich enough for all he did to get my home sold.....RICH COOPER is the "BEST!'

I CAN’T TELL YOU HOW MUCH RICH COOPER HAS HELPED US IN FINDING THE HOME OF OUR DREAMS IN DELAWARE. PINCHED BY THE HIGH COST OF LIVING IN CONNECTICUT, WE BEGAN LOOKING IN DELAWARE AND RICH SHOWED SO MUCH PATIENCE, CARE AND UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR THAT WE ALMOST FELT LIKE HE WAS PART OF THE FAMILY.
