I’ve proudly served the Delaware community for over 40 years—first in law enforcement, then as an executive at the University of Delaware. Today, I continue that commitment as a full-time, dedicated real estate agent with Patterson-Schwartz. Beyond real estate, my wife and I share our home with four rescue dogs—two greyhounds and two Jack Russell Terriers. (Yes, it’s a lively house! We joke that our Jack Russells are the fastest on the East Coast as they try to keep pace with the greyhounds.) We recently completed a major renovation on our own home, and I’ve bought and sold multiple properties over the past 25 years, giving me firsthand insight into the journey you’re about to take.

We also enjoy time with our large, blended family and love spending time at the Delaware beaches.
