After purchasing a home in 2020 without an agent, I quickly realized the value of having a knowledgeable advocate in your corner—and that experience sparked my journey into real estate. I officially entered the industry in 2021, driven by a passion to guide others through what can be one of life’s biggest decisions.

Since 2019, I’ve worked alongside an estate and tax attorney, giving me a strong foundation in the legal and financial details that often come with estate-related transactions. I have an understanding of how trusts function, how inherited property is handled, and the tax advantages heirs may receive, which can significantly impact their financial outcome when selling. Whether coordinating with attorneys, helping guide clients through probate, or helping families navigate the process with care, I provide guidance every step of the way.

I live in Chesapeake City, drawn to its rich history and waterfront charm. My heart belongs to old historic homes with character—think original hardwoods, old doors, and timeless details. My own home was built in 1890. When I’m not helping clients, I’m likely enjoying life by the water with my 2.5-year-old son.
