I began my career at the University of Delaware, where I spent five years coordinating conferences—honing my skills in planning, organization, and client satisfaction. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to own and operate a successful restaurant for two years, followed by managing a restaurant with a national chain, where I learned the value of operational excellence and community engagement.

Seeking new challenges, I transitioned into the automotive industry, first in sales and then as a finance manager—a role I proudly held for 22 years. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of financing, negotiation, and the importance of trust and transparency with clients.
