About Brian Sachs

When buying or selling a home, having an agent with good local knowledge is key.  Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware to a family in the real estate industry,  Brian has been a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2003.  Having recently added real estate sales to his list of offerings, Brian is excited to join Team Crifasi and continue to provide his real estate knowledge to his new clients.  For many years, local real estate agents have hired Brian to assist in pricing their new listings due to his deep market expertise.  Brian prides himself on his professionalism, attention to detail, quick follow-up and always doing what he says he will do.  Brian goes above and beyond for his clients! 

In his time away from work, Brian enjoys hiking, playing disc golf, collecting license plates and spending time with his friends, wife and two children.
