About Donna Greenspan

Donna Greenspan joined Patterson-Schwartz in 2007 and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic vision and operations. As Chief Executive Officer, Donna continues to drive innovation and growth across all aspects of the organization.

Previously, as Executive Vice President of Administration, Donna led corporate Marketing, Technology, Business Development, and Education, while also serving as Managing Broker of the Greenville and Brandywine Residential Sales Centers.

Prior to Patterson-Schwartz, Donna held leadership roles at MBNA America and PNC Bank, focusing on customer excellence. A University of Delaware graduate, she is a licensed REALTOR® in Delaware and Pennsylvania and an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys traveling with her family, long-distance running outdoors, and playing with her puppy, Maxi. She resides in Chadds Ford with her husband, Todd, and their son, Blake, who is currently attending medical school at Penn State College of Medicine.
