For me, real estate has always been personal. After experiencing poor service during a home sale of my own, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I built my business on something simple but powerful: truly personal service grounded in trust, integrity, and clear communication.

With a background in financial services and real estate management, I bring 22 years of experience, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills to every transaction. But more importantly, I bring heart. I understand the emotional and financial weight of buying or selling a home—and I take that responsibility seriously. I listen closely, collaborate with purpose, and guide my clients with thoughtful, timely advice tailored to their goals.

My wife and I have proudly called New Castle County home for over 50 years. We’re deeply rooted in the community, having volunteered with local sports programs and fundraising initiatives. Today, I continue to give back through leadership roles with the Knights of Columbus and our neighborhood board. We enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren.
