About Diane Salvatore

With over 22 years of experience, I’m a REALTOR® and partner of the Delcollo & Salvatore Team at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, serving Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I’m passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, communication, and expertise.

In addition to helping hundreds of families buy and sell homes, I’m deeply involved in elevating our industry. I proudly serve as the 2025 President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®, following years of leadership as President-Elect, Vice President, Director, and an active member of several key committees including Professional Standards, Grievance, RPAC, Public Policy, Finance, and New Member Orientation.

I also am actively engaged at both the state and national levels of our industry. Through the Delaware Association of REALTORS®, I participate in the Leadership Program and support statewide initiatives that strengthen professionalism, advocacy, and ethical standards. I also stay connected to industry developments through the National Association of REALTORS®, attending leadership summits and national conferences to ensure I’m continuously learning, growing, and bringing the most up-to-date knowledge back to my clients and colleagues.

Community involvement is at the heart of my work. I support local charities and events such as Stockings for Soldiers, Unlocke the Light, Habitat for Humanity initiatives, and various youth, hospital, and fundraising programs.

Outside of real estate, I’m a beach lover, traveler, and mom who believes in living life to the fullest. My philosophy is simple: make memories, embrace adventure, and love where you live.
