Patti Field is the best agent in Delaware, maybe anywhere--an excellent negotiator and the most responsive representative a seller or buyer (we've been both with her help) could ever hope to have. She knows everything and has the magic touch. Almost twenty years ago I got my real estate license. I didn't practice but did learn how to pick and agent, interviewed successful agents in my area, and picked Patti with no hesitation. She sold my house in hours for more than anyone dreamed I'd get--in a downturn and during a blizzard. This time she helped us beat out twenty other bidders to buy the perfect place. She's the best by far.

Patti is the absolute best. I met her at least 17 years ago when I rented an apartment from Patterson-Schwartz,.
